The Kashmir plum, also known as "sour-sugary" is a distinct type of plum grown in the Kashmir Valley. It has a "dense, juicy and sweet-sour flavor" and is a great accompaniment to any meal. Enjoy it with salt, or make a jam with it. It can be preserved for up to 3 months in a fridge.
