Raspuri Mangoes have an excellent flavor and is juicy in texture. They are rich in carotenes, a precursor of Vitamin A.
The fully ripened Raspuri may have orange, green, red and mixed colours and the pulp is yellowish orange and is very sweet and juicy.The pulp is suited for conversion to juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese or to be had by itself or with cream as a dessert. This mango is grown widely in the south of India, primarily in Karnataka.
